Abstract
Indonesia's digital society index in 2023 was 43.18%, indicating a low digital literacy rate compared to neighboring countries like Malaysia, which had 60%. Concerns over this issue have led to the emergence of several communities focused on improving digital literacy, one of which is the Islamic Literacy Community (KLI). Numerous communities are motivated by concerns about low digital literacy, but their focus on political-Islamic topics is unique and differentiates them from other studies. Therefore, further investigation into the KLI movement is crucial. The method used was a qualitative ethnographic approach, allowing researchers to obtain contextual and in-depth data through the procedures. The results show that KLI contributes to increasing digital literacy interest among its followers, enriching political-Islamic topics with Pan-Islamic nuances on social media platforms like Instagram, and that KLI will continue to adapt to technology as a key to maintaining the community so that its contributions are easily accessible to the digital community.
