Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and communication climate on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PT Mulia Mega Makmur. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey by distributing questionnaires to employees with Department Head level and below with a population of 50 people and using a saturated sample technique by taking all people in the population. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study revealed that the variables of leadership style and communication climate had a positive and significant effect on OCB with leadership style with an RSquare value of 0.613. In addition to these results, it was found that the communication climate became a more dominant variable affecting OCB than the leadership style variable with SE values for both variables 32.2% and 29.1%.
