It has characteristic such as system quality, output quality, output use, user satisfaction, individual impacts, and organizational impact. This characteristic will further be used as the research variable. This research methodology use regression statistic approach and data collection thru survey by handing out questionnaire to 150 students. Thru campus media network and wireless application access, students use academic application to access any features which relates to lecture processes. Of all available features, Attendance Number and Score features are the ones which frequently accessed. From the testing of variables used in this research, it is concluded that the information quality aspect and information system quality has a strong positive influence to students in using SIAP application.
