While the analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline, as evidenced by the t value of 5.934 > t table of 1.97569 and the significance value of 0 < 0.05. The application of the fingerprint attendance model partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline as evidenced by the t arithmetic value of 3.167 > t table 1.97569 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05
