The aims of the research are : [1] to give the easiest way to deliver the information, [2] to deliver the information in store and forward, [3] to warning students that have reached the attendance limit This is an applied reseach that uses prototipe methodology to analyze user requirement and design SMS Gateway application. The steps of the method are included user need analysis, coding and testing. Need analysis and design are documented in data flow diagram tool. Design documentation includes process design, database, and user interface. SMS gateway prototype application test shows that test result can answer the aim of this research. Academic administrator can send the message easily and student can receive the information through their cellular phone. During this test, we used prepaid Cellular SIM Card. The obstacle of using prepaid card becomes the weakness of the contituation of this service. But this can be solved by involving cellular provider as a partner.
